Trying to figure this out as well, shame that DJI doesn't have good support. From what i've seen you need a dedicated other device such as an Emlid Reach RS2/RS2+. I was sold the D-RTK 2 as it was needed for RTK and the agent said that I could perform GCP creations with it and the M3E /M3M.
