I'm assuming a lot of those articulation choices are training wheels till they can clean it up more, cause man the quarter note pulses are not it.

its actually slur 2 tongue 2. that's probably the main reason its so tough to keep in time at the moment.

@@Slowbrassyeah. a few measures are all slurred but those are easy to hear here but for the most part, only the 2nd note of each group of 16ths are slurred

Pretty accurate! There was a trumpet that did go up to a high D on the last chord, it is a little tricky to hear tho

​@@DaveSmith_It's all good. Sometimes you can tell its an actual note bc they will kind of grace note their way up to it. You can here for a split second they play a C before going up the the D

But during this feature, the trumpets 2, 3, mellophone 2, etc... don't play or they play with the first part ?

I’m assuming they’re just playing first part based on how I’ve seen this guy write out other things

They have the 2nd and 3rd parts for the chords at the end. I’m assuming everyone plays the technical part
