Cialis 5 mg a day worked great for me for awhile but now it isn’t working. Is there something else I can take with the 5mg Cialis or a higher dose each day to help me achieve what I need. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You should always take tadalafil every other day… it stays in your system for 24-36 hours. Not everyday

You need to add Nitric Oxide or L-Arginine it has much better profile and apply to both sex, now Cardic disease and the 9 odd drugs that are prescribed there appears to be little benefit from any drugs?

I know this is a late response but yes and no. You can take 2.5 to 5mg of cialis daily, or you can take a one time dose depending on how often you have sex with 10 to 20 MG dose. That's is usually taken 30 minutes before sex

I know Cialis lowers blood pressure so if you have high blood pressure it might be good for you to lower it taking this drug but ASK your doctor and not take my word for it
