As usually this episode of anti fungal drug is excellent.Immunosuppressive condition like DM sometimes anti fungal becomes an important .From Endocrine point of view ketoconazole is important it is used as “chemical adrenalectomy”where surgery can not be done.As a whole lecture is effective.
