At 3'44'' you mentioned that Albuterol avoids use with Ibuprofen, but at 12'14'' you also have a prescription of Albuterol and Ibuprofen together, is it right? Thanks

The practice question at 10:32...Atenolol is a Selective Beta Blocker, so why would that order be questioned? Aren't Selective Beta-Blockers safe for patients with Asthma or COPD, because they only target Beta-1 receptors in the heart and not Beta-2 receptors in the lungs?

According to ATI book, we shouldn't give Ipratropium during ACUTE BRONCHOCOSPASM so I'm not sure about that one.

Yeah ATI is weird bc Uworld & Kaplan said ipratropium is always 2nd after Albuterol during an acute attack. So I would trust Uworld here

Hello! Thank you so much for your videos. they are a truly help! I would like to as 3 questions: First Question: I would like to know if Nimesulide is safer for patients with asthma. What is the safest NSAID? Second question: Regarding ipratropium. Is albuterol used as a 1st line aid in asthma attacks, in this case is ipratropium used as a control right? As control h is ipratropium never used as an 1st line aid in asthma? or can it be? if so, in which situations is ipratropium chosen over albuterol or salbutamol? Third Question: As a control, iaptropium is used 3 to 4 times a day and its use is not associated with acute attacks right? or should it be used in acute attacks after albuterol/salbutamol use?
