I'm waiting for the part where you give advice about what to do when you are the only tech at night, it's never been busier, you need two more techs, and CVS CUTS HOURS instead of getting more help. We are so behind; I've only been doing this for two months and it's overwhelming. Customers don't get the bare minimum of decent service. Anyway, thank you for these helpful videos!

I love your positive attitude....I'm starting my pharm tech courses this month and I've been doing research most videos are kinda negative no work place is perfect and far as pay goes I believe with more experience and/or education comes more pay and it's as simple as that. I'm not going to let the negative influence me, I'm switching from a veryyyyyy low paying job with physical safety concerns every day. I'm looking forward to this new journey.

Yes, if you find a facility that pays well. You may try working inside of a pharmacy that specializes in just that area.
