Rob, this is why your video's are such a breath of fresh air... we have enough beef, scandal and controversial stuff, watching your stuff is always refreshing! This movie is going to be epic! I still think your intro should just be "My thoughts with Rob...."

I’m more than excited for this film! Such a creative idea to make it as a Lego movie. There needs to be some kind of scene with Pusha T moving some Lego bricks 😂

I'm from VA 757, so this hits home literally! Man this is such a good way to tell your life story. This can appeal to all ages, so my kids can watch this and be immersed in his story. The great part is it's a source of inspiration for the youth in my area too. From his SITW festival to the new spaces he's building in VA Beach i really appreciate him and support him. Dope video Rob!

Great breakdown. Trailer was dope. Glad to see Chad is a presence as well with everything going on between them both recently. With all the cameos just in the trailer I'm interested how many stories we'll get. Trivia - Usher got offered the same songs as Justin, and took only took U don't have to call and I don't Know for 8701.

Every time I seemingly forget how creative Pharrell is, he comes back with something dope as hell! What a legend! I am fortunate to have been from the generation (I was born 95) that got to see the rise of the Neptunes, the NERD albums, the In My Mind album, hell even the GIRL album. I feel like I grew up on Pharrell his style of music definitely made my pallet more accepting of other genres like rock, jazz, dance etc. Sorry for the the long comment I'm just glad to see Pharrell get his flowers yo

You’re right, Pharrell definitely made a lot of us listen to other genres with the way he presented himself. It’s truly amazing.

I live for that Biggie quote. Not cliche at all. Little CoRon singing hip hop hooray in the car seat. Would have never thought it get this far.

Such a dope and on brand concept for him. I'm wondering how "deep" it'll go though. Will it be a full on story or just iconic moments strung together through the interview/conversation the trailer opened with? Either one would be super fire because the fact this exists is still amazing. So dope that we're continuing to see animation being used in more and more creative ways.

Love it man. I didn’t catch it myself but I heard there was a Kendrick cameo too. So wouldn’t be out of the question for Tyler. Seems like a similar time frame. It’s crazy how he so smoothly transitioned to that generation. When I really started getting into producers and the work they put in I was shocked at how many of my favorite artists (as someone who got into rap in the mid 2010s) Pharrell had worked with from Frank Ocean, Tyler, Kendrick, (obviously helped with Alright but also did Mr. Morale on the last album which is one of K. Dot’s most underrated IMO.) Schoolboy, Migos, Mac Miller, Currensy, Lil Uzi. And that’s not even getting into all the late 90s and 2000s classics he cooked up. He’s the GOAT producer for me when it comes to versatility and working with the right talent and finding the right sound for them. Excited for this movie. Keep up the awesome work on the vids. Not many people on this platform that bring as much knowledge and love in the earnest way you do. Truly appreciated

Never knew about the MJ and Neptunes connection. Imagine Michael singing over JT “Rock Your Body.” I love MJ “Invincible” album as it is, but Neptunes would’ve made it even better. If anyone hasn’t heard MJ, Ice Cube and Shaq’s unreleased song “We Be Ballin,” check that out. Mike also sings background vocals on Jay-Z “Girls Girls Girls Pt. 2” for anyone who didn’t know.
