@@laukenneth5885 no, i think her Peony Bloom skin still her best skin and it's much cheaper than this, it has ink and flower effect, it's looks so elegant, mlbb is lack of skin theme like pharsa peony bloom, all their fav theme is always mecha mecha and mecha, I'm so tired of this mecha themed skin actually, i want to see other unique skin theme without futuristic style or mecha style

I expected too much considering that the skin design is like a legend tier skin design and an epic grade. Take note Pharsa is one of those few heros who have a good skill effect that moonton can play from those effect but all we got is "just" this. I will still get this skin since shes one of my main heroes buy I don't personally like it.

I actually like this new one because the small details on the effects. Her MSC just have some of those random lines which is not really that good in my opinion. They just need to tweak her epic skin ult a bit. I didn’t get her MSC skin cbecause I have her collector, which I really like the most, but I will be getting this new one just because it looks pleasing to my eyes. I know everyone will have different opinion on it but I like it

Tbh i prefer the epic skin, especially the ult, just for the fact that it doesnt clearly indicate the center of ult circle Let's face it, any mythical glory or above opponent will do their best to target her if she ult & any skin effect that made her an easier target is bad for her Thats why nowaday i prefer her peony blossom skin (starlight) than her MSC & phoenix skin, since it has less obvious ult circle & the green color made it less obvious too Tldr: i prefer a pay2win skin with less obvious effect than a skin with beautiful effect but made u an easier target😂

Yeah this is true they cant easily trace you, the msc has this line effect thats why the enemy can easily trace your hero if they will follow the line effect of her ult

Everybody says that its pay2win because it doesnt indicate her spot but every players specially mythic knows her spot even if there is no indicator of her spot if you play mlbb for a long time, your a new player or just dumb if you dont her spot, plus any long range hero can counter her so might as well pick your fav skin

At the very least, this skin is not as obvious as her default or her other skin Her default, msc & phoenix skin has lines that connect the circle & the center (pharsa herself). Those lines made it easier to snipe her with something like nova skill 2. Neon doesnt have those lines connecting the circle to center, at least not as obvious as her other skin

Details are very hard to be pointed on that skin, everyone has his own opinion and for me the new skin is actually one of the not so nice skin of pharsa. Alot of colour but no details. And also that colour is so bright no need target on pharsa ( she is the target it you get me what I mean :D).

The new skin is like a buff especially the ultimate because it must have 2 delay impact on the ultimate which is the slow and the burst but with the new skilln i can only see 1 delay which is like a pay to win

Neon Shingetsu just looks like a yassified version of Samba Muse. It's a special skin tier at best. It should've had the same vibe with Vale's epic skin but this one looks messy from the color scheme and the whole outfit in total

@@arinrayscumdump vale’s one even worse, it was a mess with design and concept but i see no one complaint because the skin’s effects were nice But this one “neon SHIGETSU”,it is too enough and obviously an improvement comparing to the previous one. Although the concept was clean and simple. People say it is messy although all of us can get what the skin about, even same color scheme (???)

Nothing can beat her collector skin for now because of how good the effects are, the only missing is her voicelines and sound effects since it is one of the oldest and one of the first batch of collector skin that got released in ML, but they are giving it the voiceline soon as seen from some survey leaks same for Badang collector
