This is such a phenomenal video, liked and subbed. One question, do you guys have a macro you use for our rotation by any chance? Do I just macro exorcism and reckoning to my divine storm, judgement, and crusader strike?

@@DoodleNugget9 The only macros I use for my rotation is to have every ability macro'd with Hand of Reckoning & startattack like so: #showtooltip /cast Divine Storm /cast Hand of Reckoning /startattack For an ability like Divine Storm which does not automatically startattack on its own, this can help with more melee damage when changing targets often like trash or adds on bosses. Exorcism, and everything else besides Hand of Reck is a GCD so you can't macro it to anything. Hand of Reckoning is not a GCD / off the GCD, so you can macro it to everything. You can't macro 2 GCDs together, like macro'ing crusader strike to exorcism etc just doesn't work. You could make a /castsequence macro and try to create a 1-button rotation macro, but these are typically pretty bad, especially now with 2pc T10 set bonus. Check out the DeepDive document linked at the bottom of the Phase 4 document here, it has a whole bunch of recommended macros you can use.

Hey! Great video, great work, really appreciate it! I have a question, is there a point when Crit becomes to much? As I already have some S tier items on my gear, I can see a not so strong STR value but a really strong agil/crit instead. Is it recommended to maintain a balance between STR and Crit, or you can go with agil/crit items all the way up to 5-6 pieces? At the moment, UNbuffed I have around 1900+ STR and 48% Crit. With buffs the Crit goes to around 60% as I remember. Isn't that too much crit? Should I go for some lower tier items but with STR instead? Thank you!

there is a crit cap but it is impossible to reach, there is no specific amount of stats like crit or haste or strength that you want to aim for in particular, its just about the total stat budget on each item

Apart from having a not that good STR overall, I also end up with way too much hit (many of A or S items were selected that higher in Tier especially for hit stat I guess). In this case would be better to choose a lower tier item without hit, but with expertise instead? To allow me to eliminate the expertise glyph and use consecration one instead? I'm very curious how your stats are overall without raid buffs (STR - Agi/Crit - Hit - Expertise) since you said there's no need to seek for a balance between them. Thank you so much for all of your work.

@@alexandrucernat4966 just depends on the scenario, i always recommend consulting the wowsims simulator and seeing what it has to say. it can certainly be worth an ilvl downgrade in order to reduce overcapped expertise/hit (i have done this, by downgrading expertise TOGC boots to the algalon haste boots myself, it was a moderate dps gain cause i was over cap) hit / expertise are the 2 stats where you are aiming for a specific amount - the caps (8% and 6.5%)

I think there are no stun effects in ICC If I remember correctly so stoicism doesnt do anything in the Dsac talent build

You're probably going OOM on the sim. The anub ones have intellect. Which is probably why they sim better. Need to add Divine Plea to your rotation prio, usually above exorcism.

What do you say about Glyph of Holy Wrath - Reduce the CD of Holy Wrath by 15 sec. Its may be valid when we have more mana.

im not sure tbh. i know a small number of people tested it when it was PTR, but i honestly am not sure. i was told the sim is pretty accurate with it and it does not sim super great, not terrible either

1:31:18 it's not about JAR... jar is percentage weapon dmg.. yes u get more procs but weaker procs. It's cuz faster wep gives more DStorm procs

but Divine Storm is not normalized, so a slower weapon hits much harder on Divine Storm (as abilities that are not normalized benefit much more from attack power the slower they get). It has to cancel out to some degree, at least. Faster weapon has more procs, but hits a lot less hard. And you are already limited in how many procs you can use, some of them are inevitably wasted. I did edit that section slightly since this video came out

dont think they are wasted atleast you dont use conc so much(cuz of so many DS procs) and will never oom - no need to use divine plea (that much)

you will definitely OOM without Divine Plea in ICC.. and even with it, mana becomes tight for sure, as many people have been saying in Light Club since they equipped 2p bonus. You do consecrate less with 2p T10, but you still consecrate a decent amount overall, and typically gonna use consecrate glyph to make it last longer / need to cast it less and cost less mana. You will always waste some 2p T10 procs on single target rotation, it is not really something you can optimize. You could waste less procs by moving Divine Storm to #1 priority but this is good bit worse on DPS sims due to losing many crusader strike casts and drives you out of mana quicker. On cleave where Divine Storm is already #1 priority you can use almost all your procs as long as you react quickly, unless your swing timer is shorter than your GCD, in which case you will still waste procs sometimes. But here on cleave you also go oom faster, especially because the Judge priority is lower since command Judge doesnt hit as hard, so you have to be on top of judging more when mana gets low, potentially even needing to judge instead of divine storm if mana is really tight. @@zeorg

I didn't say to never use DP I say you use concentration less(because ur getting DS proc from fast wep all time) and it makes ur mana good(cuz conc is main mana drainer) that could be reason why faster weps are not that shit rn

also I dont see reason to not prio DS over CS with libram of valiance, yes when u get icc libram you need to stack ur str bonus but without that libram I dont see any reason ... during hero I even get 4x DS in row and if I used CS instead procs would be wasted.. I only prio CS over DS when I have everything else on CD (except CS and DS) to not make called "CD hole"

Yes and you won't lose mana. 3/3 hotc does wisdom and every1 else does light

@@Trogglogg the stats on glorenzelg are not useful to endgame ret. You get your expertise from the seal of vengeance glyph plus the t10 legs. Any more than the cap is wasted. Oathbinder also gives you a massive crit boost because of the agility, and the crit is huge for a ret pala
