Vijay Dhatrak Everything the cow eats except for water. In very rough numbers, a cow will eat a 100 pounds of feed that contains 50% moisture so they eat 50 pounds of dry matter.

I was reading about what should be the right mix in the fodder... green, dry, minerals.. and the proportion of it?.
