I’m not sure if I’ll get a response to my comment. But first let me say I love both of you guys and the way of working out that you have focused in on. I was curious about doing this style if I want to build strength but not bulk up in muscle. Being part African American, I’ve always had shoulders and able to bulk when I weight lift. But I don’t want to walk around that way. I would rather be strong but not look or appear bulky in muscle mass. Is it better to do exercises like this and cardio to achieve this? Thanks guys

You can definitely build muscle mass with our training style. With that being said, it heavily depends on nutrition, the methods you use and how you program the training. However, If that is your goal and focus is to stay lean and strong (maybe it’s the fighters physique you’re going for?) we would highly suggest checking out our Phase SiX Online: Mobility program. This is a bodyweight only program that focuses on time efficiency training methods by building strength and mobility simultaneously. By programming our training this way we are able to create a strong foundation and develop a greater mind-body connection which will allow you to perform at your highest potential for longer! We’ve had Pro Basketball Players, Martial Artists, Combat athletes, Olympic Skateboarders, Musicians and Actors all benefit from this program. Hope this helps and thank you for your comment! 🙏🏻

There is one thing that lets this channel down. You have ticked all the boxes. Video Editing is grate. Music is good. You both seem like lovely beautiful guys in grate shape and this approach to mobility and strength training it’s amazing. But you guys need to invest in some mics so that the audio quality when you’re speaking is way better. Something like the zoom F2 in the gym or a zoom F1 For the blogs/podcasts with a lavalier would up your audio game. Love what your doing thanks
