He was pretty good in D&W and glad he reprised his role as Pyro. He seems so chilled as a person and the whole interview was great. He did a spike Lee joint and had a small role in a movie called 25th Hour awhile back from 2002. Reasons mentioned is interesting several of his costars in that movie (Gen. Stryker, Rogue, Callisto, and if you want to include Edward Norton’s Hulk) appear in the film from the X-Men universe ..

@@TheDemonCaine Plus bringing in big names would have stepped on the cameos of "The Others" we did get. It also would have likely required some of them to die in the final fight if too many more characters were in the resistance. Most of the cameos we did see were cannon fodder as it was. Pyro pretty much represented the Brotherhood of Mutants (Along with a few other non speaking characters) and his power set offset the Human Torch setting up his,Logan's and Deadpool's capture.

Pyro in the movies has no defined backstory. The most you get is the scene in X2 where you see him staring longingly at the image of Bobby's parents as if suggesting Pyro never HAD a family as loving as Bobby's. According to the official novelization, which was written based off of the screenplay, Pyro hates this image as well. My guess is it reminds him far too much of the life he doesn't have and he's drowning in envy looking at it.

He said that when they filmed Chris Evans cameo, the paparazzi weren't around. That is not true, because the first footage of Deadpool and Wolverine, was filmed by them a year ago, yet Chris Evans isnt seen. I think Chris, Ryan and Hugh, filmed those scenes in the studio, then were seamlessly put back in.
@5150Amrit3 ай бұрын
Check Chris BTS stills that they officially published, they installed tall blue screen walls on the set so that no one can take pictures of them, all of the cast were there including Casendra & her mutants & even the remaining body parts of Jhonny.
@peterlenham31803 ай бұрын
@@5150Amrit Why didn't they do that when Sabertooth was shown?
@5150Amrit3 ай бұрын
@@peterlenham3180 That's coz the Sabertooth scene was shot with a body double of Chris eariler in December 2023 after the strike was over when those set pictures were leaked that perfectly lined up with what Aaron said at 19:17. They shot the scenes with intro of Chris, Casendra & her mutants vs the rebels earlier before the strikes begun between May to July with the walls around them on the same set before the 1st set pictures were leaked in July. I guess they specifically added those walls for the major cameos & characters like Chris Evans, Emma Corrin, Wesley Snipes & others that never leaked.

@@5150Amrit They first meet Chris Evans character while they are in battle, and those scenes of Deadpool and Wolverine fighting, were leaked a year ago, so Chris would have been there, yet he wasn't seen by the paparazzi. Unless it was indoor greenscreen work, it makes no sense. Maybe he has Sue's powers?!
@5150Amrit3 ай бұрын
@@peterlenham3180 The thing you forget what I said above is that they don't film scenes in one particular order, there are cuts & edits between the order of the scenes. The 1st set pic that was leaked was back in July 2023 was the forest car fight between Deadpool & Wolvie which was more than 2 months after the 1st day of filming in May & then Sabertooth death scene you said was shot in December after the strikes with Chris body double lying on his back & then they added the previous scenes of him with Pyro that they shot in May-July with the protective walls for the leak. No set pictures were leaked when they shot for 2 months between May to July with the actors, otherwise a major villian like Cassendra would've been leaked easily had they just shot everyhthing without the tall blue walls for such important characters.
