Paulit-ulit po yong video nyo po sa isang lugar...not really showcasing Cebu City but only the downtown, which is a small portion of the city...Cebu has many better areas than downtown and is not private (like Cebu Business Park and Cebu IT Park). For example in Uptown, Banawa, Banilad and Talamban.

The poor state of downtown cebu is due national government neglecting and not providing financial assistance to cebu for a very long time. Even duterte, marcos, estrada, ramos, did not really provide for cebu
