The construction projects all over the waterfront in and around the bridge is truning Cebu City into maybe the next Hong Kong. Thanks for the walkthrough, PHDN! Brought back a lot of memories from just two weeks ago when I was with a pilgrimage group. Sure miss the Philippines.
