Pheasant Hill Caravan & Motorhome Park, Burneston & Bedale Car Boot Sale, North Yorkshire

We visit the new Pheasant Hill Caravan and Motorhome Park in Burneston, a village in North Yorkshire near Bedale and Leeming Bar. In our previous vlog, we stayed at The Woodman Inn, Burneston and at the time they were constructing the new campsite so we thought we would give it a go.
The campsite was great and we would recommend it - lovely friendly owners and some beautiful floral displays around the site.
Also, the fun fair was on in Bedale at the time so there was no car boot sale, so we thought we would go back and visit the car boot sale too.
We had such a lovely meal in The Woodman Inn pub last time we also thought we will have to do that again!

Yes - definitely well thought out - she’s getting the hang of it for sure and more than happy to come away in it - imagine she wouldn’t be so happy in the heat over last few days and tomorrow but is looking forward to her trip away on Thursday - is hoping for a lake to swim in 😀 All the best, David & Rachel 👍

Yep totally agree with everything you said such lovely owners especially the lady Hannah who gave up her own time to help us came up with her 3 gorgeous kids to clean the immunity block immaculate as you said massive pitches and you couldn’t ask for more.👍

Thank you - it is a nice little site and always like having a poke around the boot sale - I (David) used to be terrible at buying old radios and things and buying them to fix up and sell - trouble was they never got sold 😀 try to resist now best I can - I spent £1.50 on some clips and managed to restrain myself from anything else 😀 enjoy looking around thought. Nice spot you have found, especially as you can walk into the village for a “pie and a pint!” Bonus open all year, we are always looking for places to stop over on the way to Scotland. Hi Mike - yes finished Scotland trip in June and is running on Tuesday evenings and I’m adding the others in parallel on Monday evening of the latest ones so I don’t get too far behind - also the tech and other stuff ones on Thursdays too - nice stop over only 5 mins or so off the A1 - off to Lake District later in the week for a night then Moffat - should have cooled a bit by then 😀 All the best, David & Rachel 👍
