DIY Protein Leave-In Conditioner Using Lavender Hydrolate + Vithaar

This is a very good protein leave-in conditioner. It helps to make the hair silky and prevents damage.

Hey man I’ve been growing my hair out for a long ass time and my hair is down to my butt I love my hair but maintaining it is a struggle and I would love to put my hair in a bun but very few men or women have long hair like us and I was wondering if you could give a tutorial on how you tie your man buns because my hair is way too long for anything normal method as a lot of pain lob sides etc occur

I often make an easy bun and there is a video for it on this channel, "big messy bun". For comfort, I put the bun on the very top or very low.
