I would love to give you some but I've got the same issue, all I can say is just practice every point you can get. If you turn the speed of the video down to 0.25 and work your way up it may help. I wish you luck

Learn your right hand first, when you can play the right hand learn the left hand, individually and just focus on playing the notes then once you can play both sections you can put them together and organize timing

I recomend the interestelar theme to practicse both hands, beacause its easy and you can learn a bit, and then just practice some songs you like
