playtest 2 player here, its pretty cool to see how phightings improved overtime, the characters designs aswell as ui were so bad compared to the new variations of phighting, and there was only around 3 characters to play, which is much different now. once the medkit rework came out i had a large hiatus for a bit before coming back to the game during possessed vs bitten and i was fucking blown out of my mind when i saw the new things, really made me feel old.

as a phighting oldgen, this feels nostalgic and man do I feel old! Seeing how far the community has come... kinda wish they kept the old stuff in a separate game or something, like legacy medkit skin which never made it into the game after medkit's rework and the closest resemble of that is Medcarrot. Which is fair since they probably don't want limited or exclusive skins for players

as much as i love phighting's new versions (they're better no doubt) there was no better feeling than getting in when a playtest began and immediately jumping into a phestival also there were no phighter limits meaning you could have teams of 5v5 360 boombox

As a player from Feb. 27, 2023, I didn't realize how old this game was. Im not sure if I saw the legacy medkit, I am still looking for answers on why was this game made and how is it so addictive. "early medkit rework" i remember when you didn't need to go for headshots or anything, you just shot em and they got healed. also there were no class limits so i played one game where everyone was medkit (prelude to decoy deploy ig) this was also before doomspire got reworked so you could spawncamp mofos

Lol seems like comabt dummies existed (from item asylum) ,sword could throw much farther and medkit can drop real medkits for himself and his team, rcokets phinisher was shit, all their phinishers are much faster to use, slingshot never changed until his gatling gun form, you kd ratio is displayed on top... i should stop yapping.
