So I’m a doctor, I work in London, United Kingdom. Exactly a year ago on this day (July 27,2019), I was boarding my plane from India to move to London. I had been working hard for years to make this move happen, exams with work and what not. This move was the most landmark shift not only in my career but also my life. My finances picked up, I saw many new places, I even found my soul mate and married her all in the last one year. I remember walking to board my plane and in my earphones it was going - “I can feel it coming in the air tonight, O Lord,... I’ve been waiting for this moment all my life... O Lord”. I am a software engineer living in London, moved into Uk in 2022-> 1 year ago I was listening to this song, working as a security guard for almost 1.5 years after graduating with Msc in computer science working on night shifts-> Frustrated of my career , 100s of applications all rejected depressed of my future. It was 3:00 in the morning , with my regular chores on brushing my skills, this song got played randomly by youtube. I felt such an immense energy and motivation the vibe made me laugh and look into things in a different way. This was when I felt keep going there would be a day for me when I would be proud of myself. Now here I am after a year, working from home as a software engineer listening to this song.
