@Clive Nyathi I can turn this around and say, I was just using Arnold to make a point about people who always have to talk shit about Phil's "personality". What a huge lesson phil is giving me here. Not that i hated him, but no my favorite Mr O. However, these 30 minutes of him speaking, changed my mind completely about the sacrifices, his value as a person and not just a BB product and that introspection about how he was relieved about getting second place. Wow, I'm gonna use it for my personal life. Thank You, Phil Heath!

@maxpower17175 жыл бұрын
elektronac !!! I respect what it takes to win 1 Mr Olympia title let alone 7. Nothing to do with his personality & or interview. Drugs come with the sport. That's their decisions & bodies. These men are inspirations to my lifting not yard sticks. If the title came in a bottle or a needle. There would be 54 Mr.Os not 14.
@maxpower17175 жыл бұрын
elektronac !!! Genetics is the key. They all do the gear. Some respond better than others. But you must have the right structure. & I agree it's what their looking for as well as politics.
