Dorian himself said flex had the greatest genetics he's ever seen. That is some compliment.
@CC-be3ko4 жыл бұрын
@Ozy G Bodybuilding is subjective, so it's not a fact. If we're talking about aesthetics probably he has the best genetics in history, but if we're talking about size, condiotioning and proportions Ronnie Coleman and Paul Dillet are way better than Flex.
@smokingjoe80394 жыл бұрын
@Ozy G said by a man who had won 6 Mr olympias it was certainly a compliment. But as someone has already said it is all sudjective. Flex had beautiful shape but dorians day of contest conditioning was unmatched. He wasn't just huge but he had that solid grainy hard look. We all love flex just when he speaks he has a fantastic soul. We all wish you the best flex.

Theze are always good, this guy is a pro interview er, adds class to the interview imo. I think he will draw more fans to BB. I love the respect flex has for arnold, I'm glad he told that story at the clothing store, there are popular utube channels that slickly bash arnold every chance they get, at the root it's plain jealousy because they wouldn't make a pimple on arnolds ass, and they never will. This felt like a minnie video biography.

59:00 Is so true. I remember being a skinny kid playing baseball. I was all star good by the second year of playing. My Grandmother bought me some weights and a Charles Atlas book on Christmas. My cousin and I followed it to the letter. Didn't gain more than a pound of muscle but, that next baseball season. We were practically the whole team. We ran faster threw and hit harder. It was like 2 Super Boys playing with average kids. Unfortunately, it made us both bored with the sport, but never bored lifting or working out.
