For me the only guy that beats him is Ronnie. Ronnie has a wayy bigger torso and chest, has crazy details to match up with Heath and is bigger overall. Dorian is next for as big as he was, lacked legs compared to Ronnie and Phil. His shape and detail also lacks in a lot of poses, comparatively. @donnie9365

Just from watching Hany work with ppl explaining things with FST-7 changed my physique. But even more so doing KZbin channel and the Y T shorts👌🏽people for years now think I'm being a douche or egotistical from flexing after a set for FST-7 and I still don't care!47 in good shape because of his tips. Phil must be testing the waters for masters Olympia next year…. Phil has next level elite genetics in a class of bodybuilders with elite genetics. Would love to see his round muscle bellies next to today’s competition. No doubt he has enough in the tank to return his upper and lower body close to peak Phil. The only question is what will his midsection look like once he puts the size back on. Arguably he only lost his title because his midsection wasn’t the same post hernia surgery. I hope it’s true that he is stepping onstage again in ‘24. This is what bodybuilding needs, let’s fucking go Phil !
