To all the morons hating on Jon Gruden. He’s coached 14 seasons with a winning record of 117-112. Only Jet coach with a winning record is Bill Parcells (and Al Groh with his one 9-7 season). Gruden = instant upgrade and culture builder. Plus he did all his wining with journeymen QBs outside of Derek Carr.
