Really miss these two. They were shafted even though I love Alison and Dermot together. What a shame the ex king and queen 🙈🤣 didn’t depart before this or these two could still be there. Just rewatched this as I’m deleting old content from my hard drive. Ruth was the best presenter for the masterclass. You could tell she really cooked her Turkey Phil’s way. Just a shame this was their last perm episode. And that they are no longer together. I’ve not always been a fan of Eamon but they worked really well together. Love Phil’s Turkey too. I’ve been cooking it since at least 2017 maybe longer but I have every year on my sky hard drive and still have to watch every year. 🤣
