Recently experienced a personal revival the likes of which I've never had. February was the beginning of it, but then I went dormant for a few months. Last week, I quit a job that was making me pick between it and my church, so I chose my church! Since then, I've been flooded with a peace and joy that I'd only gotten handfuls of in recent memory. I've had periods of spiritual high, followed by low valleys, but this feels permanent. I am so excited for Christmas this year in a way I've never been. In the past, I was kinda like "thanks for coming, Lord, now let me open my gifts." This year, I already am like "You're the True Present, Lord, so I will worship you first and then later open my earthly gifts you've blessed me with."
