Hi guys, hey I wanted to address a comment I made in the video. When i was talking about my in ear pack cutting out, I mentioned that then i had "some little guy behind me, changing my pack". I was trying to kind of paint a Spinal Tap-esque picture of the awkwardness I felt in that moment. Now, the guy that came out to help me, one of the monitor techs, was actually small in stature. So I was referencing that- I'm 6 foot and he was much shorter and I think we were a funny sight in that moment... I was not consciously trying to demean him. But, in listening back to the words i used, I could certainly see how it could come off as being an insensitive comment- why point out someone's size? it was totally unnecessary to the story, and it could certainly be misconstrued or taken a few ways. So I wanted to apologize and say i meant no disrespect, but I was clumsy with my words, and I will try and do better next time. Thanks for watching...

Thing I love about Phil and Pete (and EVH)...they attack the guitar and licks like Tony Hawk attacks a skateboard. It wasn't until I made that connection that it switched from #2 to #1 for me. 90% percent of the ollies I've attempted resulted in failure...I'll probably never sk8 like my heroes, but it doesn't mean I can't (or shouldn't) sk8.
@gvtshorts20247 жыл бұрын
Auxend So true...I apply this same sk8 boarding connection and I don't even skate. It must be relatable for many guitarists. You have to take flight, cleanly pull of all your moves and then make the perfect landing. That'a why Rabea is so good at both.
