With all that is happening, I am really surprised we still have so many wonderful people still willing to protect the streets and put their lives on the line daily. It's sad seeing the days we live in today. I remember a time when police were respected, were invited to career day, looked upon as heros. There are many who break/abuse the law, but it is not everybody doing these things. Many have only negative things to say about her but I wish her the best on her new journey and hope her replacement will have all the support needed to crack down on the rampant lawlessness we are facing in the city. I'm sure at this point she might just be tired of what is going on and rather do something else not as stressful. Can't really blame her, I guess I would feel the same in her shoes.
