Just the ticket. Dilute the requirements and thereby dilute effective policing. Require secondary degrees and constitutional law training. Officers make 100K with only highschool diplomas. The profession has lost a great deal of honor because of ineffective training. Sad.🙁

Already reduced aptitude test. Lower the physical test as well😂

We didn't learn not to do this from the DOD? Reinvigorate public trust in law enforcement, fund them like we used to, shit can the soft on crime, hard on rights progressive elitist crap, and protect your officers and don't tie their hands and allow them to do their job. That's how you improve recruitment numbers.

If someone was gonna save you from a burning car or a burning building or pull you out out of a car wreck.. that happened to be a woman officer,,, and she just can’t physically do it, but yet all of the men she works with, would have no problem… is that a good thing for the taxpayers that pay for this or should diversity be the rule of law

The Cleveland Browns always need the standards lowered in order to participate. No matter the field, job, etc.

I’ve ran a few times from Philly PD. 75% of them are tubby, chubby, or fat dudes.
