@@SmirkApple NOoooo, they were Not missing ANYone from the front line against NYCFC (who was also missing 3 starters) and during NYCFC's slow start Philly still could not get a shot off..... also in regular season just 1-2 month before while Philly had every player on their roster in their own stadium, they got curb stomped 0-2 by NYCFC (Philly only 38% possession). Covid is just an excuse their fans use to make themselves feel better. The reality is even though Philly had a great backline the FO did not get a proper frontline together. Even in this video they had to pad it with disallowed goals just to make it over 15 mins..... MLS only did that with 3 teams.

@@jordansinger8841 and the excuse train continues with a new contestant... your backline, not responsible for for the teams lack of goals the WHOLE SEASON, was out and because your FO has depth there your backups did a great job replacing the backline. The issue still is and last year was always the frontline was terribly put together and produced poorly all year, evidenced by the sparce goal highlight video. Much respect to your backup defenders, they stepped up and did their jobs very well. But to claim Philly would easily beat NYCFC if not for Covid is both not based in reality but outright disrespectful to your players that stepped up for your team. Your FO needs to put in work building up the frontline in this off season or you will see a repeat this year.
