How often are they training for the 2k per 3mths. I'm at the point of beginning my dream gym-though I specialise in rehab and rehab rather than your typical gym. Looking at pricing. 600e per client per month is currently what it is working out at and I've zero overheads bar insurance currently. However this leap is a big investment. Do you think having a niche market like rehab could work out profitable whilst remaining a small gym? I have all the pilates equipment and my target market is pre post natal, injury recovery and elderly care. Clients all require one to one and privacy as they are often recovering or working through illness etc
