Excellent advice as always Dr Phil, especially about narcissistic families!!! I had the same thing happen to me with some family members and it took about 30 years to finally come to the realization of all the things Dr Phil mentioned about narcissistic people, and finally stop allowing these family members to ruin my life!!!

My dad was a wwii veteran along with millions of other people around the world drafted or volunteered. I find it very concerning that you claim to be on the fence, so to speak, politically. I think maybe that is a half truth, especially if you are a registered voter. You use the excuse because of your profession and career. I've always been told a half truth is truely, a lie. Your using your career profession as, non-political. When hell happens, I guarantee you people aren't going to be sitting in an office talking to a counselor. FROM TEXAS
