I STARTED THIS VIDEO THINKING SHAJAR WOULD BE BROKEN WITH PHILIP… but I think the timing of her healing buff tragically overlaps with Philip. So it’s still good buuuuuut I think the William combo will actually be more powerful with the right inscriptions. But maybe the William damage factor is just too low these days? Drop a comment! It could just be that Philip + Echelon is good enough, even if the second commander doesn’t AOE buff.

You were actually wrong a bit Chis 2:46 if Guan Yu skill does not trigger extra damage Joan skill is not gonna unleash as well except if Lilith want some change, about Shajar buff they are two seperate type of buff so you would need that and boost effects from legendary inscriptions

​@@Fabianvd94if you rage cap every turn, you activate your active skill every 5 seconds... In reality it's rather around 7-8 seconds (at least for me) if i stay connected to the target

no you dont understand, hermann p is the best choice with philip ii, hy hermann p? first to all of you who used hermann p know that hermann p rely on ultimate skill to stack poison, philip ii is the best partner to let him do that, and also once he reached 25 stacks poison, he will release another ultimate, but it is unknown if this passive ultimate skill will link to philip ii passive, if it works, it will be OP downside is, you need leadership gear to give philip ii, plus zhugeliang need a replacement partner for hermann p , that replacement would be boudica prime

echelon multiplies by 1.2 but the increase in buff cannot be more than 5% of original value. so if a commander buffs 10% defense to other then with echelon it will be 10.5% defense only not 12%. otherwise this formation would get out of hands.

Cheeseburgerer Zhuge L Philip :) 30% all dmg, 10% instant 800 aoe dmg, 65% archer health, 20% chance for double active skills for ZL, 1500 aoe dmg with no percentage reduction per hit, 10% all dmg marquis effect, 15% all dmg reduction, 50% silence immunity, 5% archer all dmg, and a 100 rage reduction. What else can you ask more?😂 It's literally 45% all dmg at one point. Approximately 18,200 total skill dmg factor if it manages to hit 5 targets.

18:52 I would think Philip is a long game commander. Somebody I can use as a secondary until I get the best meta pair. Example: my restart has Huo (maxed), Nevsky (maxed), Joan (5225). My only option is to invest in William or use Mehmed. I’m using Mehmed. If I use Philip thats a placeholder for until the next Cav commander. Then when I start on Zhuge I can just pair with Philip until I get Hermann to 5551/4. Then same with Liu or Braveheart or Ragnar. I just work on them & have a secondary to already pair. Now I have 4 marches with Philip giving me some breathing room for when I work on a 5th march. We won’t be getting new Cavs for awhile. Especially if they do another Ranged cycle in February/March. Then we’re waiting until May. I predict we’re gonna get another Ragnar Prime situation mid commander releases. But this is all theory.

best pair with philip is hermann p, cos herman p need spam ulti skill to do a lot damage, hermann p expertise allows him to spam one more time skill when poison stack reached 25, this is the perfect partnership philip ii and hermann p, but downside is, you need leadership gear, also you need replacement to pair with ZL, but i think most people has boudica prime benched long time ago, so she can be the best replacement

So I can tell you I have been using Trajan with Skippy prime and he is so Tanky in champions of Olympia that it’s almost game breaking the only other better match than that one is the pairing with Honda+Trajan, it’s sickening how good they are together.

Please do the investment guide before the RP event is over 🙏 I'm still on the fence whether I should upgrade RP or LC as my very first expertise. People keep saying LC but my gut is telling to go for ScipioP/RP exp. Maybe I'll just stick with how I wanna play the game. And it's not like I'd be wasting ghs with RP.

Bro if you have done scipio prime then I think its better to do ragnar prime cuz both are skill damage commanders. And another thing is that many players have invested in wedge formation which will not help liu che at all. Liu che is strong than ragnar prime still still best combo is skill dmg +skill damage commander.

Ragnar dmg will only be 2200 because of the duration of the Phillip buff also I think in general he’s a bit overestimated.

Philips 800 proc does 1680 aoe 3 second cooldown just like alex 1700. He also technically has 70 all dmg vs alex 70 atk so maybeee liu/philip is the new cheeseburger

It is a bit typical of a high spender to ignore the fact that Phillip can replace/ upgrade Alex for those value players who were using Liu che + Alex in their murderball. Also , william with Phillip has no defensive stats apart from temporary defence and some damage takem reduction. Of course this doesnt matter to whales with iconic/ crit / awakened equipment. So this content is for whales . But so ehales need this content, they have every commander and every equipment maxed , they can just try whatever they like , till they find their preferred setup.

The double casts actually slow down the skill cycle because each cast there is a 1 second down time. Having two commanders double cast means 4 seconds of down time, which wpukd drastically increase the skill cycle length. The damage will be high, but the cycling will actually be slower

Leadership Gear: lack of this I dont think is an issue. You're mono typing the march anyways, so just use the weakest gear, i.e., fewest crits. For what its worth, we had people roast an Autarch on circle inscription before we even knew the numbers of CY; just based on the existence of the commander and assumption it would be good. For science, you should just grab the echolen inscription or at least save it until he's released and bit the bullet. Worst case is, you just whale another 8 shards
