This sounds really interesting. The melodies just develop on in your head

Sometimes I like Glass best when it’s super intense and metronomal, but this piece has a lot of pathos which you brought out nicely with the tempo changes. I bet the music of Candyman or his harpsichord concerto would sound great on this!

Nice piece, but that sad piano is terribly out of tune.

It probably is tuned with a tuning system that's not the modern 12 tone equal temperament. It is in tune in its own way.

It is actually perfectly in tune. It’s a different tuning system.

@Tyrell_Corp2019 It sounds like an old Rocky Road upright that got left out in the rain.

@@charlessomerset9754 😂Fair enough. But I would suggest looking into Baroque tuning systems. This may be tuned as "one-sixth-comma meantone temperament." I'm not sure. But if Sintezarium wants to chime in here, I'm sure he can tell us. The modern ear is very limited to contemporary equal temperament tunings. But once you start listening to other systems, in particular "world music" and microtonal of the west, your ear suddenly delights in it. There is a certain shimmering effect... among other colors available. All the best. ✌
