The Reflection of Eternity in the Hands (Aphrodita, Soto-Patos Harmoniusa) Let us know before we see and hear. Philip Glass, a composer synonymous with minimalism, will create a world of music that transcends time and space, inviting the listener to a deep reflection and inner experience. His music, with subtle and continuous repetitions, will create an endless space that is not only auditory but profoundly emotional and philosophical. Minimalism in music is based on ideas such as simplicity, repetition of motifs, and gradual transformations. In Philip Glass's works, these characteristics will transform into a fluid and calm flow that invites the audience on a mental and spiritual journey. The piece "Opening" from the Glassworks album will be one of the most enduring examples of this style. In the "Extended Version" of this piece, performed by Oksana Pavlova, Aphrodita Soto-Patos Harmoniusa, the sense of infinity and the reflection of eternity will become even more apparent. Her hands, with complete mastery of technique and expression, will not only play the music but reflect its very soul. Each strike on the keys, like an echo within, will carry the listener to a world beyond reality. Oksana Pavlova, with her deep understanding of Glass's music, will be able to brilliantly portray concepts such as continuity, harmony, and contemplation. Her performance will not only be an auditory experience but an emotional journey toward eternity, perfected in her hands.

Opening" by Philip Glass: A Journey into the Infinite World of Repetition and Gradual Change - An Opportunity for Discovering and Reinterpreting Our Inner and Philosophical World Philip Glass's "Opening" is not only one of the landmark pieces of minimalist music, but also a mental and philosophical experience, offering a gateway into the endless world of repetition, gradual changes, and the continuity of time. Glass, one of the greatest pioneers of minimalist music in the 20th century, uses unique techniques such as pattern repetition and subtle changes to create a musical space that, while simple, carries a deep and complex message. "Opening," a short and abstract piece, offers the listener an opportunity to immerse themselves in the depths of music and experience a new world of sound within a clear and accessible framework. Structure and Philosophy of the Piece: At the heart of "Opening" lies a mental and philosophical experience that invites the listener on an endless journey through repetition and gradual changes. Each motif is continuously repeated but with slight, gradual changes that create a sense of progression and movement in the music. Glass employs minimalist techniques that not only bring about small yet significant changes in the music but also transform time into a fluid and boundless element. This structure, though continuously repeated, conveys a new and different feeling with every moment. Within this space, each moment of the music, though repetitive, reveals a fresh meaning, linking the present moment with past and future moments in an ongoing relationship. Philosophically, this experience hints at a timeless, boundless world where each moment is simultaneously separate and yet part of a cohesive whole. Philosophical Depth and Meaning of the Piece: Philosophically, "Opening" refers to an inner journey that offers the listener the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them. The musical repetitions not only reflect the endless cycles of life but also implicitly allude to constant movement, transformation, and change. This piece, both directly and indirectly, reminds the listener that truth lies in the continuous flow and transformation of time, and that every moment in life, no matter how repetitive, holds its own unique meaning. The philosophy behind these repetitions, not merely as a musical technique but as a symbol of time and human existence, suggests that life is in constant motion and evolution. Each repetition in the piece is viewed as a unique moment where, even in repetition, there are inner changes and transformations. Awareness and Discovery in Glass's Music: In this complex yet simple structure, Philip Glass masterfully guides the listener toward awareness and discovery. "Opening" conveys philosophical and musical concepts in a balanced and impactful way, while offering the listener an opportunity to understand themselves and the world around them through each repetition and gradual change. The piece subtly reminds the listener that every moment in time, even if repetitive, carries new meaning and transformation. In essence, Glass's music gently asks the listener to pay attention to the small changes and inner movements in each moment of life. Ultimately, "Opening" by Philip Glass is a musical work that challenges the listener's ear, inviting them to immerse themselves in the infinite and timeless space of music. Here, each moment is not just a repetition but an opportunity to discover and reinterpret our inner and philosophical world. This piece serves as a reminder that, in every repetitive moment, there is a new and rich experience of transformation, awareness, and reflection.

@ Boundless Truth (To the vastness of a world, for you - comme une étoile de cinéma) "Dearest Oksana, You live the piano; every note, every movement, and every silence in your hands carries a depth of meaning that transcends words. Watching and listening to the graceful poetry of your hands as they caress the piano brings words to the lips of interpreters, and I, humbly, can only translate a mere drop of this ocean into language. In your hands, music becomes a boundless truth. When your hands meet the keys, you transform into an eternal interpreter of the language of music, weaving silent emotions into bridges that unite longing souls. Each note tells a story, and every harmony whispers an eternal message. And yet, at the moment the piece concludes, you, like an étoile de cinéma, step gracefully out of this role, leaving us with the eternal message of art: art is the borderless language of the human soul."

I always like Philip Glass. This piece is new to me. The funny thing about this piece is that we don't know if you actually seat there for an hour or if you use video editing for the loop 😂. Put a clock ⏰ on the piano maybe.

Absolut terrible recording. Sounds like a trash can, do yourself a favorite and get at least some decent microphones and learn how to record a piano. Stopped listening after 10 seconds, so no idea if the playing is nice or not - sound quality is just unacceptably bad.
