Philip Paris Interview on Nevis Radio - Orkney's Italian Chapel

I would like to know if my father Vito De Noia was one of the POWs who built the Italian Chapel. He was captured in North Africa in 1942 and for sure was detained in a camp in Glasgow area. No sure if he then was in Camp 60. I’m interested if Philip Paris can be reached to help me in finding this. Any help is welcome.
