Buy Fender... crank it and that's what you'll get with the right OD pedals to tweak things a bit. I bought one of the new Hand-Wired Deluxe Reverbs. With the upgraded caps and perfectly matched speaker etc. ... I don't even need pedals to get incredible overdriven tones. I had an original DR back in the late 60's and it never sounded this amazing! Fender is the answer... period!

@@kenster865 both of these amps are actually 70’s silverface fenders with some slight modifications to them that work great for Phillip’s style of playing. If you have any questions about these amps I’d be happy to share my knowledge on them.
