Wow gratulation Philippa to the catch! A Mahi Mahi is probably one of the best food fish you could catch, very tasty!

Good catch! I agree anchoring at night sucks, but I think Navigating and having to trust the instruments makes me worry more. Beautiful Anchorage, calm seas, pretty blue water. You guys look different all dressed up, very nice. Have fun...

James, got yourself a keeper, Phillipa drinks beer like a hockey player, baits her own hook, guts and cleans fish, and all with the oh, so posh accent. I haven't decided if it is intentional or her actual persona but you two are hilarious.

Hiya! I wondered where you were :-) Catching Mahi-Mahi apparently - a tasty fish and makes for good sushi I can say from experience. The turtle at 14:10 was enormous! It's fair and proper to say: you two scrub up well! You both looked great for your meal with Ken & Barbie

I'm docked at Fernandina beach fl marina as I watch you guys adventures🙂 Heading out to St. Augustine tomorrow if weather cooperates. I rode out Elsa in Fernandina as a devastating Tornado touched down about a mile from Marina and injured 10 people but thankfully no fatalities!!!
@SailingAequus3 жыл бұрын
We actually got caught in a Tornado a few weeks ago which was terrifying, so totally know although probably wasn't as bad as Elsa, nonetheless horrid..glad no fatalities..

Nice work on the Mahi, one of my favourite fish to eat out there. Shame about the wind around the reef you wanted to anchor up at for the night, looked so peaceful there. Go and buy a big Cat and then go back.

Just discoverwd your channel. What brand and size is your boat and what does it draw?
@roncanizares99663 жыл бұрын
Just watched episode 1, so I now know the boat is a Bavarian C57. I believe that the design draft of the boat is 8 feet+. Is that your draft?
@SailingAequus3 жыл бұрын
Hi Ron, yes we are 2.6 metres which is roughly 8.5 feet... we are 16.1 metres in length, thank you for being here..

Don't take this the wrong way, but when I hear the English accent from people, it seems to be accompanied by snooty people. Not the case with you guys, you seem like down to earth, humble people. Have fun guys, really enjoy your channel.
