They may have taken their time to conceive their kids,but Penelope didn't need that disgusting drink to conceive, all she needed was colin,the mirror and a chaise lounge to start baking their little 1. And there was no ring on her finger at the time, just the suprise announcement to their families and the ton,before they did the deed, jnr is only 6 weeks younger than his cousins.
