Showing the airplane as it is, the presenter of this video is saying that the C130 was not properly configured to land even in a long runway. But even in the actual video footage taken by someone near the Jolo Airport Terminal, i think it was coming in fast because it was not fully configured for landing. Btw, the English subtitles of this animation is not standard grammar.

It is clear that the cause of the crash was a "PILOT ERROR" not anything else. If the pilot knows how to land the big plane in a short runway then the accident wouldn't happened.
