Just arrived here in Manila from SF 4 days ago with OHP which is so easy to do. Everything went so fast just show your barcode to the person checking by the gate and off you go to Immigration then to luggage which took about 40 min before I got mine. I read a lot of complains here ,my advice is just dont fly to Manila if you dont want to comply with the pre departure requirements which is really really easy to do online and its free.

You need to fill out the e-arrival card. It has replaced OHP. You need to register within 72 hrs of your flight. If you're of the category which needs a test, wait for your test result before you register in e-arrival card.

Pwede pa rin po kayo umuwi basta PH/ dual citizen. Kung unvax, mag quarantine kayo ng 5 nights sa hotel. Kailangan din po ng test before your flight.

Just registered in eArrival Card as Foreign National. I’m unvaccinated, dual citizen using a Foreign passport. It was very fast and easy. I was given a barcode. Took me only about 5 minutes to register but took me a long while to print from our desktop computer. 🥴

Arrival cards used to be required for foreigners only. Returning Philippine nationals were EXEMPTED from submitting it. That was during the pre-covid times. But now, even returning nationals have to submit an arrival card. What do I put on "Purpose of visit" and " How many days of stay" if I am staying here for good?

Always bring your documents with you as you don’t know when they (airline/airport/immigration people) will ask it from you. You don’t want to go all the way only to be denied entry because you don’t have your docs.

I just arrived from Kuwait to Manila yesterday around 4:20PM. It took only a minute for my E-arrival card qr code to be scanned upon arrival. Just before entering the immigration area there were two lines one on each side with staff of about 6 to scan your QR code. I don’t know why many pax to Manila or those planning to visit are making a big fuss about it. Even filling up the form is so easy. Blah blah blah even saying they are so disappointed with this requirement that they are no longer going to the Philippines. I was out of the airport in less than 30 minutes.

What is the purpose of this e arrival card for pilipinos who will be out of the country for one week as a tourist in other countries. What i mean is kung babalik ka rin after a number of days as tourist in other countries dapat pag alis kaagad dapat may arrival card kaagad para ma monitor ang travel abroad.
