PHILIPPINES BEACH HOUSE PROJECT - BecomingFilipino Family Cooking (Davao Province Life)

THERE IS A NEW ADDITION FOR THE BEACH HOUSE IN CATEEL!
Engineer has been busy starting a garage project. Hopefully this will add some cover and support for supplies and vehicles on the property. It has been really an amazing experience watching everything slowly come together here on our beach land... one project at a time. Aside from beach house and land projects... Therine wanted to do some cooking! So we headed off to town, got some supplies and then had a BecomingFilipino family eating night!
Davao Province life continues... it has almost been two years for us here along the east coast of Mindanao.

The adobo “sa patis” is an alternate way of cooking adobo. Long before the Chinese traders arrived and introduced soy sauce to the islands, this recipe was used. As always, adobo has vinegar that was used to preserve the meat. That, according to my grandma.in other parts of the islands, that is referred to as adobong puti(white adobo) alluding to the absence of soy sauce, which makes the adobo darker or brown.

Ms. Therine teach kulas to buy kitchen wares. In canada they have knives, pots and pans and other kitchen wares. Even in the philippines his cool jondee needs those too to cook his food. Closets too in bedrooms too.
