Even if the economy improved under his time, as well the achievement being made in obtaining the arbitral ruling case (favoring the maritime claims on SCS/WPS), all the bad ones outweighed and overshadowed the good ones being made in his time as president. The hard truth is that PNOY was REALLY NO GOOD or better as the President of the Philippines, and under his terrible watch as president, he and his officials allowed and enabled crime and drugs to happen, of which its terrible rate skyrocketed, let alone that he even messed up the handling of the Manila Hostage crisis, as well as the terrible, slow and weak response and relief operations to the aftermath of Typhoon Haiyan/Yolanda (not to mentioned the infamous mishandling of the disaster funds and the canned goods that was supposed to be given to the victims of the typhoon, of which he and his officials messed up big-time and in a terrible way), and most infamously the mishandling of the SAF 44 operation, which was a total disastrous fiasco that cost the lives of those policemen handling such a dangerous operation, and worse of all, PNOY even didn't took the responsibility of that disastrous fiasco (given his role as the commander-in-chief of armed forces (Police and Military), of which he failed on that) nor gave sympathies on the bereaved families of the SAF 44. Not to mentioned that the level of graft and corruption even got worse under his rule, especially that Pork Barrel scandal. And not to mentioned the horrible Dengvaxia program that claimed the lives of several children being horribly subjected to that program. Like, the list of PNOY's failures and incompetence as well its horrible cardinal sins along with his then yellow officials goes on and on. Even the meddling of the Catholic Church onto the Philippine politics only made it worse, let alone that its meddling have violated the clauses of the separation of the Church and the state, and the Catholic Church's hypocrisy runs deep, of which its institution are considered as most pathetic and hypocritical (for the Catholic Church can't even handle the rampant multitude and level of horrible sexual misconduct and abuses being committed by the Catholic Church and by its priests, bishops and the rest of the Catholic clergy). All in all, in the end, the presidency of PNOY was a chaotic, horrible, incompetent, pathetic and insufferable mess. Together, with his weak, feeble, as well his indecisive and incompetent rule as president, it's a reason of why PNOY is considered as the worst president alongside GMA, and Erap. Even her mother, Cory Aquino's time as president, it's no better either (with full of communist insurgencies and coup d'etat). For that, it's all the reason and the fact that the people HAVE SEEN THE TRUTH and CAN NO LONGER stand the failures, incompetence, as well the hypocrisy and double standards of these then yellow (and now pink) liberal fools. Sooner or later, the Filipino will reject these pink liberal elitist fools in the upcoming elections, and the liberals' downfall will be a nail on a coffin for the liberal elitists and the oligarchs, as well as the Catholic Church, one way or another.
