Unbelievable this guy Duncan Reid!! He is very sharp to remember Douthit and Larry Fonacier. Wow

@@johnco25 When Duncan noted Kuya Douthit and Fonacier, it was on his own capacity. He was asked about his experience against GILAS specifically during 2013.

Nice to see Maison Amos finally play. Hopefully, once he settles down and gets his confidence, he can show his true potential. Per CTC, he wants Maison to expand his game beyond shooting 3's.
@akaseri103 күн бұрын
well mason was very skilled offensively but defensively he's lacking a bit thats why CTC cant use him long for NOW...
@richierich24d262 күн бұрын
Yes he needs to be more mobile, like European guards and forwards who are 6’6” to 6’8”. Learn how to move without the ball and to be able to catch and shoot with a high clip. That’s been the gilas Achilles’ heel, defending the 3 ball.

Triangle is not 'modern'. It was developed by a coach in the 80's and Phil.Jackson used it extensively with the 90's Bulls. CTC uses it in combination with other off patterns too.

Alfrancis Chua is handling the Gilas program better (so far) compared to when the MVP group was dominating- it was not as organized and there was even a time when they threatened to just utilize TNT team to represent the Philippines.

MVP is all politics. It was MVP why Chole Reyes and the Ravena brothers got into Gilas resulting in failure. Typical of padrino system.
