I don't think you were being judged. I actually commend that representative. She was very attentive that she noticed that you were on wheelchair or mistakenly thought that you were on a wheelchair . Then approached you to make sure if you need assistance or not. You don't see that very often nowadays.

Hello ma'am,its my first time flying with layover from toronto to manila andmy layover is vancouver ,may i ask if i need to go to west jet or is it pal airlines for check in cos im not sure,but my ticket is pal .and do i have to claim my baggage for my layover in vancouver or ineed to go straight for my boarding to the next flight going to manila thank you so much i appreciate your help❤

@@BeeCool5309 hello! If your ticket is PAL, you can check in thru PAL, i know its confusing how it states that its operated by Westjet but dont worry! Also, you need to get your luggage if youre connection is vancouver airport, and check you luggage again. My apologies for late response! Hope your flight went well! ☺️
