This fryer is so good, it saving my time and energy. This is good for frozen chicken tenders, fish sticks, french fries...takes no time and it comes out perfectly like deep fried.

Can you super-impose ingredients and instructions on the screen? I could not tell if you were saying Cotija or Ricotta...I also missed some of the spices you mentioned in the flour.... Your knowledge is fantastic and I want to get everything correct.
