fab job on the record deck richard !!!!! getting on the subject of david soul he was a fab actor too !! best film he was in (in my opinion) was Salem's Lot from 1979 !!! it used to scare me *^@**ss back when i was a kid and still does today lol !!! 😃👍

Hi Richard, the Philips is looking excellent now, and I love the tip about using the wood stain like that, I've never tried it over varnished wood to cover scratches, but will give it a go. My Topps supply dried up a few years ago and I've been using the similar stuff from Wilko, but obviously I'll need to look elsewhere now when that runs out. I love David Soul's Music, especially, 'Let's Have a Quiet Night In', 'Don't Give up on Us' and 'Silver Lady'. I have the Starsky and Hutch DVD box set too, which is great fun! Warm Regards, Neil.
