Yeah, one shave definitely great for longer hair, but not for regular face shave. Too irritating. Have a combo of that and a good quality electric shaver

@@stuffzoom i mean obviously S9000 gives better result, it costs like 60000 thousands here (718 USD). meanwhile OneBlade only costs 1299 (15 USD). for a cheap thing, OneBlade is definitely a good choice imo

Hasta que por fín veo un video con resultados sinceros. por lo visto ningún producto electrico se asemeja al afeitado tradicional. estos productos son buenos solo para quienes andan corto de tiempo. pero si quieres un verdadero afeitado hay que usar el tradicional

The only time I use any kind of electric razor is if I don’t really feel like shaving for a day but regularly shaving I use a safety razor no matter how expensive and well built an electric razor is it will never cut as close or as good as a actual razor and that’s just natural because with a safety razor you’re using a actual blade on your skin.

Agreed, I only skip my safety razor if I am lazy or tight on time.

I envy you, guys. I also prefer old school razors, because they give a much cleaner cut, and they are very fast in the good hands, but I have a sensitive skin, and always get ingrowths :(

9000 looks better but not by much . So the question is which one was faster and did either caused skin irritation and what is the process difference between the 2 ?
@LiliS3198 ай бұрын
The 9000 nicked him in two places 😔
@stuffzoom4 ай бұрын
It really depends on how long my beard has grown. If my beard is quite long (say 3 days), then I feel the oneblade is faster. When it's quite short, like 1 day, then I feel the one blade can't do much, or it irritates my skin more. So for everyday shaving I think the 9000 is actually much better. I should probably do a follow up video with a 1 day beard.

Is the shave on a oneblade like smooth skin like a traditional wet shave or a bit a stubble? I used to like a proper wet shave but used to get really bad razor burn and felt like face was on fire for about 2 days. These days just opt for a trimmer for a short finish but not bald. One blade too short or good to go?

Any thoughts on ingrown hairs? I usually just use a Braun trimmer but don’t fully shave since cutting my beard off. I want less stubble but don’t care for smooth shave. Old this be good?

I have the oneblade one and im thinking Should i buy new blades for it, or should i get one of those circular ones? The kne i found is the Philips Series 1000 S1142/00, I dont know if these are the same, but if it means ill be less irritated, im getting it any day... I am so sick and tired, my neck is always itchy and it hurts when i shave... And also my problem is i like to get as close to the skin as possible, i don't like my facial hair at all... So im not really sure what to do, if you know anything definitely recommend me 💕

@@stuffzoom I use an electric hair trimmer. As a side effect I always keep like 1mm. When I need/want a "baby face" for some reason I use those Gilletes with 3 blades (more than that is completely useless in my opinion) but it is not very often.

Which one do you think would be safer for sensitive skin?
@stuffzoom Жыл бұрын
I can't really make up my mind on this myself yet: with the prestige, it takes multiple iterations over one spot of skin to make sure *all* of the beard is removed while with the one blade, it is pretty much done in one pass. However, the one blade itself is more rough to the skin. So it either N times a smooth interaction, or 1 time a rougher interaction with your skin. I guess it depends on your beard and skin.
@stuffzoom Жыл бұрын
For me the prestige would be the winner if it would shave better in the neck area. For some reason there are always a few hairs left and I have to go over it many times. Perfect combo for me: shave with prestige and for any single hairs left, use the one blade. This is what I actually do at times.
