With gluten free for a single serve you need to add about 140-150 ml egg water ratio to 250g of gf flour and 1 tsp xanthan gum and 1 tsp salt . I found the same thing. This should fix problem ! I use lupin flour ! 😋

No need to waste the dough that first comes out. Put it back in the hopper with the rest of the do to be extruded again.

If machine is auto weigh ignore liquid measurements on machine and just use 140-150 ml
