I bought a 2014 LG TV it's in direct channels mode I bought a LG universal remote it won't do anything I can't get out of this direct mode channels I just wanted to use regular antenna I have reset it updated the back it has two little buttons do you have any suggestions help I need help I bought this TV off marketplace and I don't think I can get my money back

The instructions on the LG universal said to use every code it would probably work but it doesn't work I've tried to reset it it won't work help

What do you mean by direct channels? How are you trying to reset it ? Does the remote work at all?

@@CarlCosmos10 my tv doesn’t give all the options I see here on your video, also the screen has a white background. This is why I believe that you must be in the secret menu. I am a novice, and need to know how to get in, and how to exit. Once there, I can follow this video’s instruction 🙏🏾

This is not the secret service menu, this is the normal setup menu. Try to select different country origin. Btw, you can enter the service menu as shown in this video:kzbin.info/www/bejne/aGfcfq13pp16mK8 I've just tried it and it works.

HI, It depends if you have connected an antenna, If you want you cant use only the internet part and skip the channel search.

Hi, Try pressing the menu button or hold it for a few seconds. If not try to reset the tv that should fix it.

Are you sure your TV is connected to the internet?\ Check that.
