If your trimmer's blade is still moving slowly after doing all this, just lubricate the blades with some machine oil. That will reduce the friction between the blades and it should move smoothly. Technically, Philips trimmers don't need oiling, but it seems they need oiling after they have been used for long...

I think , due to friction , plastic material ( which is contineusly contact in rotor ) weared out .......... Make some JUGAD Wound plastis tape on part ( who mounted on rotor )

I have the exact same Philips trimmer. I tried inserting the spring for 2 hours and failed, until I watched this video. The spring needs some tension. One of the legs of the spring has to be far apart and must be held as shown in this video 7:53. Basically, follow all the steps and you WILL fix it. Thank u bro!!

it worked. The disassembling part is quite easy, re assembly requires patience and be careful with the spring coil as it may pop out, injuring your eyes or else if you are too close
